鈥淔orever Plaid presents Plaid Tidings鈥� at Strauss Theatre Center in Dec.

The Strauss Theatre Center will present 鈥淔orever Plaid presents Plaid Tidings鈥� Dec. 6 - 9, and 13 - 14 at 7:30 p.m., and Dec. 9, 16 at 3 p.m.

The show is directed by Strauss Artistic Director Dennis Gleason, an adjunct 蜜桔直播 drama instructor. The choreographer is 蜜桔直播 Director of Dance Robin Stephens, and the musical director is 蜜桔直播 graduate student Julian Jones. The cast features three 蜜桔直播 students: Adavion Wayne, Johnny Nichols and Tony Stewart, with Chase Landon filling out the foursome.

The show features 60 classics like 鈥淔ever,鈥� 鈥� Hey There,鈥� and 鈥淪sh Boom,鈥� along with holiday favorites, 鈥淚t鈥檚 the Most Wonderful Time of the Year,鈥� 鈥淟et It Snow,鈥� 鈥淭he Christmas Song,鈥� and more, including a hilarious spoof of the 鈥淓d Sullivan Show.鈥�

Keith White, director of the School of Visual and Performing Arts, praised the team effort. 鈥淭his show is a perfect example of a local arts organization and 蜜桔直播 collaborating together to make a special production. 鈥�

All tickets are $15 and may be purchased by calling the box office at (318) 323-6681 Monday 鈥� Friday from 10 a.m. 鈥� 4 p.m. Patrons may also obtain tickets at the box office by one hour prior to showtime. The Strauss Theatre Center is located at 1300 Lamy Lane.
