蜜桔直播 Pikes raise funds at Bowl for Kids鈥� Sake

Pi Kappa Alpha members participated in the annual Bowl for Kids鈥� Sake fundraiser Saturday, March 14, at Bayou Bowl in Monroe.

They raised $240 for the community service event; an estimated $20 million is raised nationwide. All proceeds benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.

Chapter advisor Tommy Walpole praised their philanthropic spirit. 鈥淚 am extremely proud of the Pikes鈥� continuing involvement in our local community. It says volumes about the commitment of these college students to those in need.鈥�

The group also won best team name for 鈥淧ikes of the Caribbean.鈥�

Participating members were Joseph Beard of Vicksburg, Miss.; Justin Primm of Columbia; Trevor Hall of Sanger, Texas; Brandon Simpson of Columbia; Phillip Hebert of Pineville; and Dude Harrell of Clayton.
